EDWIN NUTCRACKER SOLDIER

I am so lucky to have the chance to work with a lot of wonderful, new stuff all the time!
Today I would love to show you what I have done with the papers KREATIV SCRAPPING sent me a while back. This is the fantastic Good Ol Sport collection from Graphic 45. Amazing papers!! I loooove Graphic 45 even if they are very rich in colour and I am more cream..hehe. They are fab for all those male cards people struggle with. I don't struggle with them because I use my flowers there too :)

Hope you like my card!
It is for my sweet cousins son, Eirik who had his confirmation last weekend.
Congratulation
A paper bag card again with a different closing. Magnet hidden under the paper, works perfect.

Great papers, don't you think?
And my image is the awsome Nutcracker Soldier Edwin from Magnolia's Little Circus Moscow collection
Coloured with Copic, like always and I hope you like my Confetti shadows!
Normally I never do this, but here it was perfect I think

Here is the flap up and you can see the whole image
I have use some small confirmasjontexts from Norsk Stempelblad and they are PERFECT!

Some Confetti shadowing around the image to create some depth.
I have used the colours from the image to create them, it is important that you use some of the same tones so you don't ruin the effect.

Flowers from WOC and Kort &Godt
Doily made with a Cheery Lynn die and it is called French Pastry Doily
Date is stamped with THIS smart little Any Tangerine stamp
Skin: E21-51-50-93

SUMMER at Copic Marker Norge

Good morning!
I totally forgot to take pictures of my Copic card yesterday, so when I woke up this morning I jumped out of bed and outside to take it...lol I got a friend over at dinner and totally forgot everything about it ;)
BUT here it is, and I hope you like it as much as I loved making it

We are having a 2 months challenge at CMN this time and for the summer we have an easy challenge...
SUMMER

I chose the new Magnolia image called Tilda with Millie the Mouse for my card today. I think she is so cute!
I have masked her on top of the Open Gate and I think it came out really summerly and sweet.

First with gate open.
Showing my favorite papers... from Maja design

Inside my card.
Lovely texts from Norsk Stempelblad.

Close up of the image coloured with my Copic

Flowers from WOC and Kort & Godt, Old booksheet, paperdoily and some carrogated kraftpaper.

BY THE SEA from GRAPHIC 45

My DT project for KREATIV SCRAPPING for our monthly Graphic 45 inspiration post.

I was so lucky to work with the fantastic papers from the wonderful

GRAPHIC 45 - BY THE SEA

I have used the 8x8" paperpad and those papers gives me the perfect size for my 5x6" paperbagcard and I have a lot of leftovers to use for my banners and cut outs.

My cardbase is made by a white paperbag, original from the boat we took last Easter between Oslo and Kiel when Gabriella was seasick ;) Thank God she didn't need it so I could use it for my projects!.You will find a similar paperbag HERE :)
At the front I have cut some flaggs and a text from Norsk Stempelblad.
All panels are inked with Frayed Burlap and I have sewn with my sewingmashine.

The inside with flags and a metalclip I have had in my stash like forever.
The card is closed with a magnet under the design paper

Close up

Love this text from Norsk Stempelblad.

Inside the bag I have a tag with a pocket to put some money.
Of course the papers match the 500 NKR...hihi

Another card without a coloured image, but when the papers are as beautiful as this, you don't need more.

Back of the card. My personal stamp and another of the fabulous texts from NSB

I hope you survived all the pictures!

I have to say a big THANK YOU to Kreativ Scrapping that gives me the oppurtunity to work with all these wonderful papers from Graphic 45, and even if this is not my normal style, I love this too and I am in heaven when I work with these lovely products.
I hope you liked it

Wishing you all a wonderful day.
Hugs, Jill

LEO TILDA FOR KREATIV SCRAPPING

New month and a new challenge at Kreativ Scrapping.
June is a fantastic month, I think the the best,- as we have the whole summer in front of us with sun, beach, vacation and long evenings on the terrace with hubby and a glass sparkling rosé...

Our challenge at Kreativ Scrapping is all about flowers this month, and as I almost always use flowers on my card this was rather easy. Hope you like our easy challenge too :)
I have made another paperbag card and this time with the lovely Leo Tilda from Magnolia's Zodiac collection. I think this is one of the most fantastic collection ever, and I have to have all the stamps.. lol

Inside I have a pocked to put some goodies in... Fit perfect a mini Magnolia and some pearls ;)

Inside there is a room for some more goodies...hehe
Behind the image I have used French Pastery Doily die from Cheery Lynn and under a Magnolia DooHickey named Vintage Box Lacing Coffee.

My papers are some new, LOVELY ones from Graphic 45's  Botanical Tea collection. I chose the brown ones today as I wanted to match them with my lovely monocromatic Leo Tilda that I did for my Copic Inspiration post last month.
You can read that post HERE
I will show you the blue papers from the same collection in a couple of days :)

FLOWERS...
I love it and still think it is difficult to make card without
Flowers fromWild Orcid Craft's amazing selection and my favorite, Hortensia from Kort & Godt.

Here she is my lovely LeoTilda, my own zodiac sign.
Coloured in Copic E44-43-42-41-40

I hope you find time to craft a bit in the lovely weather we are having.
I love to sit outside with my Copics, a coffee, (or wine ,-depends on time of the day...hihi) and talking to hubby and the kids. That is heaven to me

Have a great day
Hugs, Jill
